A subsidy of $3500 per car provided by Australian and Victorian taxpayers. They will only be purchased by either State and Federal Governments who don’t care how much the cars cost – or by wealthy people who want to show their “enviromental credentials”.
Meanwhile a real Green project – the Mildura Solar Thermal power plant cannot get funding.
